I created a transformative practice aimed at helping those who are facing similar struggles to the ones I experienced in my own life.

For nearly a decade, I was the owner of a custom desserts business, but eventually realized that this lifestyle no longer suited for me. Despite baking being a significant part of my life for many years, I underwent a significant transformation and knew that it was time for a change.

It took me a few years to figure out what path to take, but now I am actively building a life that is more in line with my evolving self.

My HATHA style teaching focuses on a slower-paced yoga practice, emphasizing the connection between body and mind throughout the asana practice.

Why I Love What I Do

Teaching yoga is one of my greatest passions. Above all, I love helping people and seeing the joy on their faces. Sharing my journey as a yoga instructor is also fulfilling, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge as I continue to learn and grow.

When I began my career, I was lost and uncertain about the future. I felt empty and fearful about transitioning to a completely different field. Then, the idea of yoga came to mind. Turning inward can be daunting, especially when one’s identity is uncertain. However, it was the best decision I ever made.

When I first started teaching, I was eager to explore every opportunity that came my way. I wanted to experience the different paths that yoga teaching had to offer. By keeping an open mind, I met some amazing people and took each stepping stone in my path as it came.

The beauty of yoga is that it allows us to trust and let go repeatedly. Being able to help students through difficult times and watch them grow and change has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I am excited to see what the future holds.
