Our yoga classes usually run for 45-60 minutes, incorporating a warm-up and breathing exercises in the beginning, and a meditation session at the end. We highly recommend staying for the entire duration to get the full benefits. However, if you have to leave early, please exit the class quietly.

If you are pregnant, check with your doctor or health professional before starting yoga.

If you’ve never done yoga before, it’s generally recommended not to to start during the first three months of pregnancy, since your body isn’t used to it. However, if if you’re a regular practitioner, you can continue. But there are some poses to avoid, including twists and strong core work. 

To ensure you have the best experience at our yoga class, remember to bring a smile and a positive attitude. Additionally, it’s recommended that you bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water. However, if you do forget, we have a few yoga mats available for use. Lastly, if you bring your cell phone, please ensure it’s on silent mode during the class to avoid any distractions.
